1.3. All purchases are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that all Products will always be in stock.

1.4. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. Orders are processed through third-party providers, including Shopify. By purchasing, you agree to comply with their payment terms and conditions.

2.2. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept authorised debit and credit card payments.

2.3. If your payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

2.4. Discounts, promotions, or coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

2.5. We are not responsible for any additional charges, including foreign transaction fees applied by your bank.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1. We use third-party providers for order fulfilment and shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3.2. Once an order is shipped, risk transfers to the buyer. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers.

3.3. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

3.4. Free shipping may apply on certain orders at our discretion and is subject to change.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

4.2. If your Product is damaged or faulty upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

4.3. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging for a refund to be considered.

4.4. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4.5. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to reflect.

5. Product Liability & Disclaimer

5.1. Our stain remover spray is for external use only. Follow all usage instructions provided on the label.

5.2. We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by improper use of the Product.

5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Products.

5.4. Under Australian Consumer Law, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the Product or refund at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products or Website.

6.2. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in dispute.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes must first be submitted to arbitration in New South Wales.
